Tiny Tidbit for Brides: Getting Ready Advice

“the most treasured heirlooms are sweet memories of family”

The morning of the wedding is often a flurry of excited activity and anxious couples are thrilled to see each other. Here's a tiny tidbit to help you get those iconic getting ready photos that every couple wants!

Ladies, put your jewelry, perfume, shoes and veil on AFTER the gown. It's very tempting to put your jewelry on when you have a spare moment because it feels like if you should be doing something, but use those wonderful spare moments to soak it all in. Have a glass of champagne, chat with your bridesmaids, hug your family members. Once the gown is on, we can gather your things and put them on in the pretty light!

Laura had THE most beautiful light and even as I was taking these getting ready images, I couldn't help but think that these are iconic portraits that will be cherished for generations.

Looking forward to sharing more tiny tidbits with you soon! Tiny tidbits are small pieces of advice that can make a huge difference in your wedding day images!
