Mary & Chris were married on a warm May day in New York City. Chris took his place on the rooftop and anxiously awaited his bride. Each took a deep breath as Mary emerged and made her way slowly toward Chris. The hustle and bustle of the busy New York streets below seemed to slow down and fade as the two soaked in the warmth of the afternoon.
After their first look, the two hopped into a town car and were driven to the church. The gilded saints of old St. Patrick's Basilica looked on as they exchanged heartfelt vows. In honor of Mary's father, a bagpiper played as the couple exited the cathedral. The honking horns and sounds of chatter faded as the two were enveloped in music.
After a few more portraits, the couple made their way to their reception. Champagne was poured, toasts were shared and laughter mixed with tears in the grand old ballroom of The Union League Club. After an exquisite dinner the band began to play. Mary & Chris made their way on to the dance floor where they were joined by loving guests and danced the night away to their favorite songs, the sound of laughter and happiness overflowing into the NYC streets below.
